New apartment 2 days upon arrival - not comforting
We, my self, and a party of four other people got the message that Styl short term apartment was not given to us, but instead another one.
Not thrustworthy at all, just two days upon our arrival! Asked for reason and description, none was given to us - not before touch down on my flight to London. This was however not satisfactory and no pictures were provided even when previous asked for. Just a normative claiming same standard. The location pretty much in the same area so no complaints on that matter.
Asking the caretaker that provided me the keys, he gave some odd explanation about security issues for the original apartment.
And by all means, the new apartment was not bad, located in the «Ross Apartments» section. Although funky smell in the hallway on the first floor, the new apartment on the 5th floor was tidy, clean, and had the same standard as promised for Styl apartment. No complaints there either. Asking the caretaker for late check-out when checking in, for our departure 3 days later he must have totally forgotten when I reminded him the day upon our exit. This, he declined, due to cleaners coming early.
All in all, a fair stay due to a good apartment, but service far from satisfactory standard from caretaker/owner.
