Great location and communication.

We really appreciated the communication in preparation for this trip. The location was great - close to all we needed and away from much of the business. The space has everything we needed and more. Definitely would recommend to others!

A wonderful place to stay

We stayed in four different places across the U.K., and this was by far the most comfortable. Both beds were extremely comfortable. Our 19 year old son, who is 6’1”, often gets stuck with a sofa bed on vacation, and this was the most comfortable sofa bed he’s ever slept on. It was easy to pull out and put away. Pantelis mentioned that both beds had new mattresses. We slept well. The location was great, very close to two tube stops and the Victoria rail station. There were lots of restaurants and pubs in the surrounding streets. It was a little warm at times, but the fans helped a lot. We enjoyed this flat very much.

Close to the King

As is evident from the title of this review, the property is beautifully located near Buckingham Palace and Victoria Station. The property was as clean as it could be and also very quiet. We always travel with heavy bags and this property was on the ground floor. Lighting was good and the appliances functioned normally. We stayed three days, but could have happily stayed a week.

Great stay!

We are a family of four with two teens and were comfortable in this property. It was as described in a quiet neighborhood and very well appointed with everything we needed. Everything was close by: 2 different tube stations, grocery store, Nando’s. Pantelis, the owner, was very responsive to all our questions and needs.

Great location, great apartment

We loved this apartment. It worked great for us and our two kids. It's a tight fit for 4 people, but the location can't be beat. I'd take work phone calls in the evening after the kids were in bed and go for a stroll past Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey and Big Ben. Also there is a grocery store (Spencer and Marks) between the apartment and the metro, so we could pickup up breakfast supplies or a quick snack on the way home. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Location!

Great location! I mean REALLY great ! Less than 5 minutes to Buckingham, a shopping center with great coffee shop and the Tube! Clean, easy check in...all in all I would recommend this place!

Cozy and comfortable in central London

This was a great stay and great value. Just 4 or 5 minutes walk from the Victoria tube station gives great access to transport. The sofabed is very comfortable.

Lovely London Stay

My husband and daughter stayed at this property and had nothing but good things to say!! It was conveniently located to museums, theatres, restaurants, historic sights, and the Tube so they had no trouble getting around. The property was very clean, well appointed, and very comfortable. Everything they needed was there for them! Pantelis always provided great communication through the entire booking process all the way through their time there and was very responsive and immediately addressed and remedied a minor issue they encountered. My daughter is a student in London, so my husband was visiting with her on a school break. After long days of sightseeing, this property was a wonderful home base for them at the end of each day. I hope to possibly return to this property later this year when it's my turn to visit my daughter! Thank you Pantelis for such a lovely stay in London for them both!!

Dejlig lille lejlighed med god beliggenhed

Fin lille lejlighed. Alt fungerer. Der er dejligt, at der er lidt start-up så som kaffe, køkkenruller, salt og peber o.sv. Beliggenheden er et stort plus, hvor du er tæt på alt. Udlejer svarer altid hurtigt på spørgsmål og har hjulpet os med restaurant-valg Juleaften + flere andre ting. Kan anbefales.

Great location in London

My wife and an adult son stayed last month. The place is very convenient to visit all places in Westminster, about 2 blocks from Buckingham palace. The host was very responsive to our questions and communicated very quickly. He allowed us to chek-in early as we arrived from USA on that day morning. Will recommend this place and the host.

Ideal Location

This flat in Victoria just on the edge of Westminster is the ideal location for visiting London. It provides quiet for respite while convenient to visiting monuments, St James Park, Buckingham Palace, West Minster Abbey, etc; accessing Victoria’s station from where many tourist coaches leave; and going to restaurants various and coffee shops. The apartment, moreover, had everything we needed, including blow dryer, iron, comfortable beds for the four of us, and even extra electrical adapters. The host was extraordinarily polite and communicative, though we did not need anything once we had arrived. I highly recommend staying in this property for a couple or family vacation visiting London or as a base for London day trips.

Great Location!

Could not find a better location to visit London. Close to the Tube, pubs, restaurants and most tourist attractions, including Buckingham Palace.....great walkability. The flat was perfect for our needs. Pantellis was very responsive and made the check in process easy.

Endroit parfait au coeur de Londres

Appartement idéalement placé au coeur de Londres !! Tout peut se faire à pieds ou en métro qui est à 3 mns. L'appartement disposait d'une cafetière et de ses dosettes !!! Ma femme a adoré !!! L'appartement avait tout le linge de maison nécessaire : draps, serviettes de toilettes, torchon, etc... L'appartement était également très propre à notre arrivée, ce qui nous a énormément plu, car ce n'est pas toujours le cas !! Bref, dès notre arrivée nous nous sommes senti chez nous !! BREF A RECOMMANDER !! !!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!! ;-)

Location, Location, Location

This flat is the perfect thing for a couple or small family who want to see everything! Close to subway station; lovely, quiet neighborhood with lots of options for food; and clean, tidy, and comfortable. The only hutch in our giddy-up was that the bathroom is a but small. I'm 5'11 and found it a bit cramped. But this very minor inconvenience is far outweighed by the awesome location and great hosts.

Appartement mignon et très bien situé de Buckingham dans un quartier ultra calme

L'appartement est mignon, très propre et très bien situé dans un quartier à la fois très calme et proche des commodités, des transports et de Buckingham. L'emplacement est top pour visiter Londres. Seuls bémols de l'appartement :l'insonorisation de l'appartement par rapport à la porte d'entrée de l'immeuble et la qualité de couchage du canapé lit. Au final nous y avons passé un séjour très sympa à 4 en famille.

Spacious and comfortable flat in SW1

I had a lovely stay at Pantelis’s flat in Catherine Place - it’s clean, bright, and amply equipped with everything you could possibly need. It’s also very quiet, despite being in the centre of London and around the corner from transport links, shops, and restaurants. Highly recommended!

Studio in Excellent Location

Studio flat was easy to find and well-located to many key London highlights. We enjoyed our stay there - plenty of room for 2 people and adequate for a family of 4 who will be out and about sightseeing.

Great location

This flat was clean and easy to access. It is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood but only a two minute walk gets you to a min street with plenty of pubs and shopping. Very close to pick up Big Bus tour also. Great for my husband, son and I. Stocked with anything you need. Highly recommend this place.

Just Right

Great location, small apartment, well appointed. We didn't use the kitchen. Shower temp took some time to figure out (tiny movements to cold water). Warm, comfy and cozy.
