Tucked away in the heart of historic Greenwich, this stylish and modern flat offers the perfect base for your London stay. Located on the first floor, the property features two inviting bedrooms – one with a queen-sized bed and the other with a double bed. One of the rooms also includes a dedicated work desk, making it a great option for those needing to catch up on emails or work remotely during their stay, there will also be another in the kitchen. There are two modern bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower and the other with a combined bath and shower, offering convenience for all guests.
The open-plan living area is bright and welcoming, with a comfortable sofa for unwinding after a day exploring the city. The kitchen comes fully equipped with modern appliances and includes a sleek kitchen island, perfect for cooking up meals or enjoying a morning coffee. A dedicated dining area provides space for shared meals, while the private balcony offers a quiet spot to enjoy a breath of fresh air or a peaceful moment with a book.

The property will only accept the number of guests booked as per the booking confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted or subject to an additional charge.
Each guest will be asked to complete a pre-check-in form prior to arrival and be asked to share a form of governmental identification, Passports are required for non UK residents and UK drivers licence or passport is required for UK nationals.
This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Please note that last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date are subject to a change in check-in time from 4 P.M to 7 P.M.

We would like to mention the check-in process:
With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from a local Key Nest location which will be 0.6 mile walk from the property. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £40 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £60 would apply from 7pm onwards.
Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in.
We suggest, in order to avoid any charges, to check and report any damages or faulty items and appliances by contacting us on guest @ cityrelay com
