From here, you can reach Notting Hill Gate in 5 mins and Liverpool Street in about 25 mins. Place was fine and the host was good. The flooring was rough in places which isn't really a big deal. But the main issue was the noise from below. Outside the bedroom windows you could hear a bar or cafe or something like that and they were quite loud. Didn't stop until after midnight and made sleep difficult.
