Check in good, information bit last minute but accurate and easy when we did get it. Bathroom in first bedroom needs attention...cold tap supplies hot water and vice versa, thresh kept coming loose so trip hazard and meant door didn't open smoothly, no mirror. Carpet in second bedroom frayed and loose in doorway which could be possible trip hazard. These things did not put us off but may be issue for others. Would stay again as good location, very clean and safe. Comfy beds Be nice if basics like tea, coffee and milk provided?

The property manager cancelled my booking the day before I supposed to check in and no reasons were given leaving me frantically finding another property before boarding my flight. Terrible experience!

The location was excellent (a few minutes walk from Liverpool Street station which is well connected with the rest of London) and the living area was spacious. A few notes for improvement:- An extra chair in the apartement would be good, as we had five guests but only four chairs and a warning that the flat is above a night club. The guest that was sleeping in the living room had a very bad nights sleep due to the noise. The bedrooms were much quieter. Other than that, the flat was perfect for our needs.

London Flat

We had a great stay very nice location. Only challenge was getting the keys and dropping back off. Was quite a walk away from the property. Would have liked another option.

Great location. 5/5! The manager was difficult to communicate with. The light in one of the bathrooms didn't work and the kitchen kickboard constantly fell over. Other than that, we were in love with the place! Other than that, we were in lov

London Marathon

Location is great and close to the train, with lots of places to eat and you can walk to lots! Communication with the property owner was difficult when I first booked, but improved as our stay drew closer. We weren’t provided with enough bedding, given the colder weather or appropriate sheets for the pull out couch which two children shared. The apartment is older than it looks in photos, particularly the couch and seats around the table. However location and ease to move around London outweigh the negatives around this.

Leider also nicht nochmal.

At the heart of pubs

Location was great, pretty much everything in walking distance, lots of restaurants. In fact, the flat is right above one of the pubs. We happened to be lucky it was closed during our first 2 of 3 days. Unfortunately on our 3rd night pub opened and there were people all over the street enjoying their beers, music etc. That same night we planned to go to bed early to catch 7am flight at Heathrow but nope, didn't happen because of the noise. Otherwise, the nights are quiet. The listing has sleeping for 6 but in reality it only has 2 beds for 2 to comfortably sleep 4. The sofa is not even a sofa bed or futon so one of us ended up sleeping on the coach. Not sure where the 6th person would sleep if it was advertised for 6. Has 2 full bath which is a plus but one of them the sink faucet was completely loose so it was hard to shut the water off. One of us had a cast on so that was inconvenient. Also note there's no TV listed in the amenities, something I normally wouldn’t look for to notice so yeap, no TV in this flat. There's a washer and drier unit all in one. It works if you have 1-2 people but not for 6. It takes 2hrs to wash and another 3hr to dry. It'll take for ever to wash 6 people's clothes. Plus, you'd need to run the machine constantly making the sofa in the living room not ideal for sleeping. The flat manager was responsive but also demanding with how we needed to clean and take out the trash before leaving. Thought that's what cleaning fee we paid was for.
