Excellent location to access the O2, clean hotel with pleasant and helpful staff team. Only real complaint was the drainage of the bathroom sink. It was almost completely blocked with extremely slow drainage leaving the sink dirty after every use. There was also no shower gel however staff responded very quickly and replaced the bottle very swiftly. Despite these relatively minor complaints I would still recommend the hotel.

Breakfast menu was great and staff were very helpful. However i could not sleep very well as other residents were making and lot of noise during the night inside and outside the hotel. There was nothing being done about this. I guess they are entitled to there fun !

Perfect location to stay for the O2 arena Beautiful rooms Clean and tidy Bed was incredibly comfortable and the shower was perhaps the best I’ve ever had. Would definitely stay again!

Loads of dust in the room when I arrived. Shower tube was leaking, many of the holes in the shower head were clogged with limescale. Planks were hanging because the screws were loose. Box with tissues in bathroom was empty. Handsoap and shower gel is the same liquid. And very watery, definitely mixed with water. I borrowed a travel adapter from the reception desk but it didn't work. Half of the rooms electricity plugs didn't work but the other half did so I managed. Desk lamp was unplugged, took me a while to find the correct wire. Internet is very slow and has zero security, do not use. The area around this hotel is horrible, broken down buildings, construction and garbage everywhere. This hotel is only meant for people going to the O2 and stay for one night. Breakfast was fine and the staff was friendly.

Went to a concert at the O2 arena and I just could not be bothered with the faff of trying to catch the last train back home. Hotel got in touch the day before to make sure I was getting the room I had asked for. Nice touch. Staff were quick and efficient with check in. Room was clean and tidy. Toilet was clean, shower was big and the water was hot with good pressure. All the lights sockets and tv worked. Kettle with the usual coffee and tea making stuff. Hotel was quiet throughout the night and the blackout blinds did the job. Good selection of cooked and continental breakfast options with a decent variety of teas, coffees and juices. Staff were always around, efficient, help and unobtrusive. This hotel is ideal for staying over if you’ve a concert or performance at the O2 or maybe some business nearby. It’s not a destination hotel but that’s okay, it’s not meant to be. Can’t fault it.

A very average hotel. Unfortunately I don't think our room was very clean. Dust, fingerprints, ring marks on the countertops also used spoons with the mugs.

The breakfast was really bad, ive never had scrambled eggs smell like that but it was horrid, part baked rolls still part baked. The room was extremely loud, the plumbing in the building needs attention as you can hear every other rooms attempts at bowel movement. The bed was comfortable and the staff were friendly, but aside from that the place wasn't somewhere id go again

The room was fine disappointed that the only evening food was from the expensive tai restaurant on the top floor. The website was not updated and was still showing English food was an option. When away on business one doesn’t want to pay for expensive food People were sat in the ground floor restaurant eating pizza etc that they had had delivered whilst I was paying for tai food being brought from the upstairs restaurant. The whole experience was bizarre

Unfortunately the shower flooded the bathroom as the water was running under the shower door. We reported it in the evening before going out but nothing was done. The bathroom tap was also loose and difficult to use. Finally the lift was out of order when we got back in the evening and was still out of order when we left the next morning. Not great when we were on the fifth of eight floors. No apology or reference made when checking out which is a shame. Always liked our stays at all Radissons but will avoid this one in the future despite being well located for the O2 and surrounding areas.

The room was tidy. The bathroom was a bit outdated, but clean. I wouldn’t choose to stay in this hotel again personally as the price is too high for the quality of stay.

Our room smelled, we flagged it to reception twice, all they did was spray air freshener but said it was fixed. They couldn’t move us rooms as they were fully booked however said the manager would be in touch to compensate that, 3 days after and still no contact.
