Hotel is located a very easy walk from London Paddington, making it easy to get anywhere in London. My room was a triple with limited space but a large bathroom. Biggest delight was windows that opened. Wonderful to overlook the park opposite, feel the morning sunlight stream in and hear the birds chirping. Having a simple breakfast included was another plus and even though it was the same daily, an easy way to start each day.

Stayed at Olympic House Hotel and had a mixed but generally positive experience. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout most of our stay. They even lent us an iron and ironing board when we needed them, which we appreciated. The location is very convenient, with easy access to train stations and bus routes, and there are plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The rooms and bathrooms are quite small, but they are functional and served their purpose for a short stay. The breakfast is also fairly basic—nothing special, but adequate to start the day. Unfortunately, one interaction left a negative impression. The hotel staff had kindly lent us a kettle, but about 30 minutes later, the manager, Rizwan, was rude when addressing the situation and seemed upset that we had it, despite it having been provided by his own staff. The inconsistency and manner in which it was handled were disappointing. Overall, the hotel offers a convenient location, functional accommodations, and mostly helpful staff, but better communication and customer service from management would improve the guest experience.
