Welcome to our spacious and charming 4-storey house. Perfectly situated to explore the city's rich culture and vibrant atmosphere, our home offers comfort, convenience, and style for your stay in the capital.

As you step through the front door, you'll be greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere. The ground floor welcomes you with a cozy living room, adorned with plush furnishings and tasteful decor, creating the ideal space to unwind after a day of exploration. Sink into the comfortable sofas, catch up on your favourite shows on the large flat-screen TV, or simply enjoy the company of friends and family. Movie night has been perfectly set-up for you with our 75" wall-mounted, smart TV with Sky cable. Those cosy nights in just got so much better! With two spacious living rooms located on the ground floor and third floor, you can spread out movie night and enjoy different movies at the same time, making sure the whole family gets to watch what they like! High-speed fibre-optic wireless internet will have you streaming in seconds.

Venture further into the house, and you'll discover a modern and fully-equipped kitchen, complete with state-of-the-art appliances and ample space for culinary adventures. Located in the heart of Stamford Hill, our home is surrounded by an array of shops, cafes, and restaurants, offering a taste of the local flavor right at your doorstep. You are just a few minutes away from Warwick Reservoir and Springfield Park, where you can participate in water sports during the summer months, as well as seeing all the animals and creatures on a beautiful trail walk around the reservoir and parks. With a little Riverside cafe by the water, you will be sure to have a great family day out!
Guest access
You will have access to the upper levels of the house. The garden is not currently accessible but there is a large balcony from one of the bedrooms with outdoor furniture that you are welcome to utilise for outdoor space which overlooks the garden. The basement is currently tenanted so we ask that you please keep noise to a minimum to not disturb the tenants/neighbours.
Other things to note
There is a school nearby and a potential for noise between the hours of 9:00 - 16:00. This does not apply during school holidays.

There is strictly no parties or large gatherings whatsoever. Any parties will be immediately told to vacate the property and charged a fine. Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited - any smells of smoke inside the property will result in a fine being charged.

Parking: there is plenty of on-street parking outside the property, however, there is a permit required between the hours of 10:00 - 12:00. We can provide a permit for the number of days you require. Please let us know upon booking if you require parking so adequate permits can be issued.

We will be available 24/7 during your stay if you require anything. We are happy to meet you for check-in or alternatively, there is a lockbox outside of the property to allow for self-check in. All details will be provided at the time of booking.

Please be aware this is a large property with a lot of stairs throughout, so it may not be suitable for guests with accessibility issues.
