We enjoyed our stay in London. It was a great location really close to the trains. Also, close to restaurants and grocery stores. The apartment was clean, with very comfortable beds. We enjoyed the kitchen with its many appliances. Overall, great place to stay when visiting London.

The flat was absolutely gorgeous and just as described and shown in the photos. It had everything you could possibly want or need. It was VERY convenient to public transit and was located in a nice quiet neighborhood. Simon was a wonderful host, very communicative and considerate. I highly recommend this lovely flat!

The kitchen was great. The only problem was height. I am just under 5’ and couldn’t reach anything. Fortunately I brought two tall people with me. All the appliances are high end and there was a bit of a learning curve. I would recommend a google search or asking Simon if you need help. Speaking of Simon, he was great, very responsive and helpful. The neighborhood felt safe, quiet and peaceful. The apartment was immaculate and comfortable and upscale.

We recently stayed 3 weeks at this lovely apartment on the first floor of a characterful Victorian home so close to public transport, it made getting about super easy. Our host, Simon, communicated with us before, during and after our stay ensuring easy access to the property. Any question we had was met with a quick response. The beds/bedding was really comfortable, the fully equipped, high-end kitchen so easy to cook in whilst the large screen tv/entertainment system was a joy to come home to after a long day of sightseeing. The apartment, located in a pretty tree-lined street, was very quiet and at no time did we feel unsafe. The rooms were spotlessly clean with the added convenience of a washer and dryer. Simon's apartment was the perfect stay for us and we hope to return there when we're next in town..Nola & Chris

As listed. Perfect staging area for London with all amenities and all clean. Beautiful balcony and also sitting room. Very attentive host with helpful instructions and information at the ready. Note that there are some particular instructions for kitchen -use and also the beds are soft in case these are important details for a party. Overall excellent stay.

Beautiful apartment in West Hampstead

Simon does a wonderful job maintaining his property. The renovation work is stellar & I love wood floor planks around the unit. The apartment is about a 10-15min walk to both West Hampstead stations (Overground & Tube) along with a myriad of pubs, stores, & eateries along West End Lane. Also situated in a very calm residential area & the fellow tenants were quite quiet, for a multi-family building, during my Summer stay

Happy little haven

Check in was very easy using instructions from the owner. The flat is beautiful and an easy walk up one floor. Close to tube stations and easy to get around London. Would absolutely stay here again if I make another trip across the ocean. Very beautiful space and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend.

Perfect stay at this pristine flat! It was just the right size for my husband and I and our teenage daughter. We thoroughly enjoyed all the amenities in Simon’s exquisite kitchen, and relaxed in the evening after a long day in London on his very private outdoor space. Neighborhood offered everything we needed for groceries and meals, and the proximity to the tube made our travel to London seamless. Great flat, great location, great host!

Amazing stay!

I’m so glad we chose this place! There were a few things I needed help with and had to look at the manual (emptying the dryer’s water bin, for example) but we had no problems. I slept in both beds and the couch because my kids needed some space from each other, haha, and all were comfortable. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again, the apartment was WONDERFUL! we have kids in elementary school and had to remind them to be careful because the place was so nice! Thank you for a great trip!!!

Wonderful stay!

Not much to say. Beautiful apartment, great area. Simon has a very detailed and helpful guide about the place and area. We really enjoyed it. One small comment about the “king bed”…not sure if it’s different in the UK, but in the States that would be considered a queen sized bed. Thanks Simon!

Simon’s apartment is very clean, comfortable and in a safe neighborhood within waking distance to shops and transit. It was lovely sitting on the deck in the unseasonably warm weather sipping on a delicious G&T provided by Simon. He was also very quick to respond with any questions and I would gladly stay here again.

Fabulous Fortnight!

My sister and I lived in London as children and were anxious to return after 50 years. Simon’s flat was perfect for us. Very quiet neighborhood and furnished just as advertised. Response rates to various questions throughout the time were very prompt. Very short walk to tube and bus so we saved a lot on Uber rides. It was unfortunate there was no luggage storage available for an early arrival but we understood the liability. Kitchen and living room space was very generous but 2nd bedroom would be quite small for a couple with luggage. Would definitely return to this amazing property.

One week stay in London

This 2 bedroom flat is in a very accessible location via the Underground (a 5-10 minute walk to 2 stations), while being in located in a pleasant safe residential area. The apartment is as described and pictured, and is quiet at night. Having a large grocery store at the exit of the Finchley station was very convenient. Both beds were very comfortable, and heat and hot water work well. Having the outdoor sitting area would be enjoyable during the warmer months. Simon was very responsive and left extensive helpful instructions and restaurant suggestions. We would definitely stay again on a future trip!

Lovely Flat and a Great Choice

A perfect location for our time visiting our son and his family (5-minute walk) as well as the same distance to buses and the underground station. The beautiful 2-bedroom flat was on a lovely quiet street and offered all the benefits/amenities that comes with staying in a well-maintained residence as opposed to a sterile hotel room. During our 6-night stay, when in the flat, we appreciated having two couches to lounge on as well as a work desk when we wanted to be productive. While having a full kitchen and laundry was a huge benefit, we only used the former for morning coffee/evening drinks and never used the washer/dryer. Though we never had the opportunity to meet Simon, the check-in/check-out process was seamless, and he was personable and prompt in responding to my questions sent via WhatsApp. Plus, prior to our arrival, Simon sent me a detailed .pdf guide detailing How-To’s within the flat as well grocery store locations, and restaurant suggestions. We would definitely stay here again, and I highly recommend this flat for any solo traveler or couple.

Fantastic Find!

This place is absolute perfection! The location is central to anywhere you want to go in London. The apartment has such a great vibe and allowed all of us to have our own space if we wanted. Great flat at a convenient location

This is a beautiful apartment, very well equipped and located, and with a lot of light. It was easy to go everywhere from here. Simon is a great host who was always available to answer questions. He received us with coffee and a nice gift, very nice touch. Beds are very comfortable. We would stay here again, and we definitely recommend this place.

Gorgeous, elegant & comfortable apartment!

We stayed four nights in Simon's beautiful apartment - everything was well appointed: beds extremely comfortable, shower amazing, appliances high end, excellent telly and comfy lounging area. It was very clean and the location was an easy tube to all the interesting areas of London. Highly recommend!
