Great location; property had everything you need but can improve its hallway curb appeal

didnt like having to provide extra verification of ID, never having had to do this before prior to arrival. three flights of very steep and narrow stairs to get to the room was exhausting especially for my mum who is 74. also the communication on the day worked out, but the lack of access or baggage storage prior to "check-in" was poor.
