With two double bedrooms and one single bedroom this centrally-located apartment with its modern interior would suit families and groups alike.



    While there is no lift in the building it is worth the climb up to the third floor to this tranquil retreat in an otherwise bustling area of west London.

    The property is within walking distance of the museums of South Kensington and the shopping of the world-famous Kings Road and Harrods and Harvey Nichols in Knightsbridge. Chelsea is littered with dining options for all budgets and is home to some of the best restaurants in London.



    Getting Around:

    South Kensington underground station is a 6 minute walk from the apartment and provides fast access to both central London and Heathrow airport. Victoria is two underground stops away and provides direct routes to Gatwick airport



    Other Things to Note:

    A baby cot and high chair can be provided on request for a one-off fee of £50 for the cot and £20 for the high chair, valid for the duration of your stay. The cot includes a clean fitted sheet.

Our family of 4 (kids ages 15 and 11) had a really lovely stay here. The location was close enough to the South Kensington underground stop to make it very convenient and far enough away (about 5 min walk) to avoid all the noise and commotion of the area. Just a couple of minutes walk from a grocery store! The flat was very spacious with additional outdoor/patio space. Being on the top floor was very nice. People with mobility limitations would want to consider that there isn’t a lift. That wasn’t a problem for us. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks to the owners for such a well-maintained property.

Safe and good location

We loved where we stayed. It took us a few days to get acclimated, but easy access to the underground and grocery stores. It was a bit smaller than expected, but it worked out just beautifully for my sister and I. We would have no problem going back to London, and staying at the same property.

Not the flat listed, beware!

The flat that my partner and I were given was not the flat as advertised on Vrbo through Fairway Hosting. The first sign anything was wrong, when the code given in our instructions to get into the flat didnt open the key box. We had to call the emergency number listed. They gave us a different box and code. The carpeting inside the building was dirty and stained. Outdoor walkway was slippery with mould. We were left speechless when we opened the door. It looked nothing like the photos on Vrbo. Bare white walls, minimal furnishings. The living/kitchen area was not the same. We had paid in full for 11 nights for what appears to now have been a staged flat. There were no pictures on the walls, no carpeting on the floor. No plants as shown, no gray towels on beds. Just stark, bare. The wifi didnt work, the outdoor lights wouldnt stay on. My partner and I contacted Fairway Hosting and were told they had given us an upgrade due to a software system mistake. This was the first that we had heard of any upgrade. my partner and I wanted what we had paid for as shown on Vrbo. We walked out, ended up staying in a hotel for 10 nights. To date contact with Fairway Hosting has been somewhat limited. In the beginning they emailed consistently. The compensation offered was less than 1/4 of the total amount paid to them. Incredibly disappointed. It caused us undue stress on what should have been a wonderful holiday in London for the festive season.
