• Early/Late Check-in/Out: Option to extend your stay at £15 per hour; check-in at 1pm or check-out at 1pm (subject to availability).

• Parking: No dedicated parking provided; paid street parking is available, though it may be expensive. Pre-paying for garages with day rates is recommended for peace of mind.

•When a guest books, we will require the passport of the person booking and staying at the apartment for verification purposes.

- Property truths -
• This property is infront of a train line so there is noise when trains pass. The windows are triple glazed to limit the noise.
• This is on the 1st floor with one flight of stairs.
• The 2nd bed is a small double Murphy bed which would be a tight squeeze for two people to share.
No smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the property or on the premises.

No parties or events: Guests are not permitted to host parties or events without prior approval.

Quiet hours: Respect quiet hours, typically between 10 PM and 8 AM, to avoid disturbing neighbors.
