The hotel was located close to King’s Cross St. Pancras station which made it easy to get to from the Heathrow airport and to leave on the Eurostar. The staff were very friendly and attentive to any issues we had.

Stay for one night, the room was small but had all we needed. Close to the station so easy to get around. Also let us leave our bags for another night making our quick trip to Paris very easy. Staff were great.

Bed comfortable. Location is ideal for access to train, underground, and dining! If you stay in London and are flying out of Heathrow, do not bother with a rental, you will not need it! They also charge by the day to have it there!

Wonderful staff. Was upgraded to the 4 star portion of the hotel (vs 3 star room) by the staff (because it was a heat wave and no air conditioner available in the room we booked) so review is for their sister property. The hotel has both 3 star and 4 star wings/rooms and I would definitely recommend booking the 4 star rooms over the 3 star rooms (there’s a huge difference). The 4 star rooms are newly renovated, modern and clean. Staff are amazing and extremely helpful. Location right by Eurostar terminal for our early departure. Highly recommend their 4 star sister property (the suites).

We had an amazing stay! The room was lovely and it was just around the corner from king’s cross - which made getting around London super easy. It’s the perfect area too as it has lots of restaurants/pubs/places to eat around it, all within walking distance. The staff is also very helpful and friendly. Wish we could have stayed here longer. We will definitely be back!!

Chose based on proximity to St. Pancras Intl. Hotel is clean, well maintained, 24 Hr. access and the staff are excellent. It's not a big North American style joint, the rooms are small, but you're in London, this is a place to sleep and leave your stuff while you explore and enjoy one of the great cities of the world as well as having the Eurostar on your doorstep. As such I'd seriously recommend this hotel as an option in terms of location, convenience and truly excellent staff and service.

Incredibly easy to find and close to all amenities. Surprised by how quiet it was despite being near Kings Cross and traffic. Space was perfect for two and a short stay as we explored the city.

I was very impressed with the room, which had a very comfortable bed. I thought that it was great value for money, being very close to King's Cross station, St Pancras International, and buses. Staff were extremely courteous. I would definitely consider staying there in the future!

Fantastic great stay

Fantastic. Great location, clean, lots of nice touches like complimentary mini bar. We got upgraded which was extra nice. Quiet even though near Kings Cross Station. Held our bags safely for the day.highly recommend.
