Liked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities, communication
The unit was very clean, large and comfortable. Nice size kitchen/living room, bathroom very modern and good size bedroom.
The unit needs addt'l fans. They did bring one out on the 2nd day of my stay but could use another one.
Also some basic amenities would be nice (salt, pepper, paper towels, wine opener, etc). Also some soap, condition in the bathroom as there was only a soap dispenser at the sink and a bottle of body wash/shampoo in the shower.
If you have a car, parking is limited, one lot close by that holds 44 cars and is pay by the day. The other lot they mention (Raleigh) is closed and not able to park there. Street parking is primarily for residents and only 2 hours.
Unit is across from a Lidl and a bus station. Area may be seen as up and coming but did not venture much at night.
