The spacious, modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, including a large kitchen island, dishwasher, air fryer, two ovens (one of which also functions as a microwave), and all essential cookware and utensils.

The bedrooms provide a restful retreat, featuring king and super-king-size beds for a comfortable night's sleep. Throughout the property, you'll enjoy smart lighting, room-by-room smart heating with underfloor heating on the ground floor, and smart air conditioning, all Alexa-enabled for added convenience. The contemporary bathroom features a luxurious freestanding bathtub, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring.

Sports enthusiasts will appreciate the nearby Finchley Golf Club, Highgate Cricket & Lawn Tennis Club, Chandos Lawn Tennis Club, and New River Sport & Fitness. With excellent transport links, you'll be in Central London and Soho in around 30 minutes, making it the perfect base for experiencing the best of both North London and the city's iconic attractions.

Getting around is easy from Finchley. West Finchley Tube Station is a short walk away, providing access to the Northern Line for direct routes into central London. Frequent bus services also connect you to local attractions and amenities.

This property is a self-check-in property. You can check in at any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

The pool table can be converted into a dining table; please handle it with care, as guests will be responsible for any damage or repairs.

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
