Hi! Welcome to my great flat in Central London!

The 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom flat is located on a tree lined street, and is spread over 2 floors of a lovely Victorian row house in Clerkenwell, London (Zone 1).

The flat is in the best location in Central London and walkable/bikeable to all parts of the city. It’s close enough to Soho and Central London (25 min walk) yet tucked away in a park-filled neighbourhood with local markets, shops, restaurants pubs and cafes on Exmouth Market, Chapel Market and Amwell Village only 5 minutes away.

Transportation: 12 minute walk to Kings Cross, 10 minutes to Angel and Farringdon Stations
Markets: 5 minutes to Exmouth market and Chapel market
Regents Canal and East London: 10 minutes walk
Central London/Soho/West End/Embankment: 25 minute walk
Heathrow: 45-50 mins by train or taxi (uber)
Gatwick : 50 mins - 1 hour by train / 45-50 min by train

About the flat:
- Ground floor: Entranceway with stairs.
- First floor: Open-plan living room / kitchen, with wooden floors and great light. The kitchen area is equipped with an electric oven, gas hob/range, toaster, dishwasher, full-height fridge/freezer, pots & pans, and all utensils. Also on the first floor is one bedroom.
- Second floor: Bathroom, utility cupboard containing large-capacity washing machine and separate tumble dryer, and the master bedroom

Amazing flat in an amazing location!

We really enjoyed our stay in this flat. It was super convenient to the King's Cross area of London, on a quiet street that felt almost suburban. It's King's Cross: Lots of restaurants, etc. in walking distance. Host was super easy to work with and a great communicator, and even asked the next door neighbor to welcome us as we arrived so we had a local contact, if needed. Fortunately, there were no issues, but it was a very nice touch for the host to set that up on a holiday weekend. Loved the washer and separate dryer. Bed was comfy. Would consider staying there again.

Ryan's London Flat

Perfect location on a quiet street. Near both St Pancras & King's Cross train stations both of which offers tube access to most of the tube lines. The flat has close-by bus stops, too. The common area of the flat is somewhat compact but perfectly functional. The flat is very well stocked and has a full-size refrigerator. Ryan was a very responsive host. The beds/pillows are excellent - all 3 of us had the best sleep we've had in ages. The only drawback we had was that none of the seating in the common room was very comfortable for long-term sitting (like watching a 2-hour movie). Other than that, we enjoyed our 2 week stay at Ryan's place and recommend it for groups of 4 or less.
