The peaceful setting in a secure block ensures a relaxing stay, with lift access for convenience. A dedicated work desk and fast WiFi make it easy to stay productive. Just steps from supermarkets, artisan cafés and transport links. Enjoy self check-in at any time for total flexibility in a well-connected London retreat.
Guests have full private access to the entire flat, including the chic lounge, well-equipped kitchen, spacious bedroom, modern bathroom, and dedicated work area. Self check-in is simple and convenient with a secure entry system—no need to coordinate arrival times. Enjoy the freedom to settle in at your own pace, with everything you need for a smooth, comfortable and independent stay.
- Check-in time is from 3:00 pm. Last-minute bookings made within 48 hours of arrival may require a check-in adjustment to 6:00 pm.
- Only the number of guests listed in the reservation is permitted. Unregistered guests are not allowed to stay overnight.
- All staying guests must provide a government-issued ID within 48 hours of booking and at check-in.
- The lead guest must be at least 21 years old. Exceptions may be considered upon request, with an additional security deposit of £350 per booking.
- No parties, gatherings, or events are allowed.
- The property is in a residential area with quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Guests must keep noise levels to a minimum at all times, but especially during quiet times.
- Guests must leave the property in the same condition as when they arrived.
- Check-out is by 10:00 am. Late check-out must be arranged in advance and is subject to availability. If no prior agreement is made and check-out occurs after 10:00 am, a £100 fee will be charged due to disruption of the cleaning schedule.
Early check-in, late check-out, and bag drops are not permitted under normal circumstances due to tight cleaning schedules.
If required, early check-in or late check-out may be arranged by booking the night before or after, at a reduced fee of £70 per option, subject to availability and payable in advance.
Check-in
- Check-in is via a secure key safe at the property.
- Remote assistance is available for check-in until 10:00 pm.
- Check-in after 10:00 pm is still possible using the key safe, but remote assistance may not be available.
- Full check-in instructions will be provided before arrival.
House Rules & Penalties
- Strict no-smoking policy – a £250 penalty will be charged if smoking occurs inside the property.
- Guests will be charged for any damage caused during their stay.
- Failure to follow house rules may result in additional penalties.
By booking, guests agree to abide by these rules to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for all.
Please NOTE a linen charge will apply where linen items are used in excess of the number of guests on the reservation. Single bed linen and towel £20, double bed linen and towels £30
For 3 guests we provide 2 quilts and 5 pillows as standard
Cot bed - we do provide a travel cot bed but request that guests bring their own bedding for hygiene and safety reasons.

- Parking directly outside the building is RESERVED and NOT AVAILABLE for guest use.
- Paid street parking is available right next to the apartment in marked bays. Controlled hours are Monday to Friday, 10:00 am to 3:00 pm (maximum stay 4 hours). Parking is free outside of those controlled hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Use RingGo location codes 5074 or 5076 to pay for parking (£2 per hour during chargeable times)
- Electric vehicle charging points are available within walking distance.
