The room was clean and satisfactory. It was ample size for a single person with a bedside table and hangers for clothes. Decent for short stay if only looking for bed. Sink in room too.

fine for the price but more towels could be provided, wifi was practically nonexistent, toilet paper wasn’t in the bathroom, and there was a funky smell in the hallway. Beds were fine and cleanliness was good. Staff was very nice but amenities can be improved. not bad!

room wasn’t the most up to date cleanliness wise, and figuring out that the hot water in the shower only works when you start running the bathroom tap with hot water first took a cold shower to figure out. staff did their job but did nothing exceedingly helpful even after i mentioned this hot water issue. still, had a comfy bed and working rest of the bathroom so did the job there. heated flooring was a nice + too :)
Location was excellent, bed was fine, and the room itself wasn’t terrible for the price. I never had to wait for the single shared bathroom but only because I woke up really early to use it. Ran out of TP more than once (again shared bathroom and 3 rolls?). Ear plugs and an eye mask helped sleep. Loved the location and how charming the neighborhood was.
Good value. ECONOMY price, ECONOMY room. Had all we needed. Clean. Towels, linen, ensuite, hot water, tea making facilities, hairdryer, TV, WiFi. Basement room with single bed and bunk beds. Luggage storage. Helpful staff.
Key word - economy. Great price for London.

Value for money it was brilliant. I had a single room with ample storage space for clothes (rarely found in many hotels), a plug-in heater which wasn't used as the room was warm, kettle with tea and coffee, a television, hairdryer and plenty of space under the bed for a large suitcase which kept the room neat. The rooms were cleaned every day with fresh towels being provided by a very friendly young man. Being a single room I shared a bathroom. I believe twin bedded rooms have ensuites. The reception staff are extremely friendly and welcoming and the location is top notch! You are right in the centre of beautiful Belgravia, within spitting distance of coffee shops, restaurants and classy shops. Victoria coach station is a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Perfect!
I had a really lovely stay😃 The room was clean, tidy and everything we needed was provided. The location is one of the biggest advantages because it’s quiet, safe and still very convenient for central london which made getting around easy. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. What really stands out is the price for the area. Considering how central the location is… it offers excellent value 😍compared to many other options nearby
Staff courteous and room clean, decent size room, could just have done with a shower mat,but that's only a very minor criticism

For the price, I guess it was ok, the bathroom was so small like super tiny, and the lock on the door did not work, the bed was comfortable and the room had a mini fridge which was a plus, the location was really good.
The cleanliness of the room was not good, especially in the bathroom where we found hair on the floor, in the shower, and near the toilet. The sink is also extremely small and not very practical.
There was also almost no space in the bathroom. When using the toilet there was not enough room for the legs and we even had to leave the door open to be able to sit properly.
We also went to the reception several times to ask if it was possible to change rooms because of these issues, but we were always told that the hotel was fully booked.
We were three people and the extra bed was very uncomfortable; you could feel the springs of the mattress.
The room was tiny. The pictures are deceiving. The room was much smaller than we were led to believe
Bathroom was tiny. And I mean tiny. Phone booth size. And that’s no exaggeration. Had to run the water for 25 minutes to warm up.
Location was ok. That’s the only reason for the 1 star.

You pay for what you get I suppose. Was a shared bathroom room, long way to get to that bathroom. Room was in a bad condition, bed was creaky, but it was cheap so what else could I expect? Probably won't stay again.
Excellent location. The bathroom was very tight. The shower curtain was in very poor condition and it was smelly. My room was in the basement. Very gloomy and with no ventilation. Two small windows on the ceiling that could only be open remotely.
Our rooms own shower didnt have any warm water. We needed to use the shower which was meant to be shared with other guests even though we had one in the room already.
Seemd like the floors were wiped just barely where the eye can see, but under the double bed ws alot of dust..
I really should have read the bad reviews before booking.. so this is sign to any potential guests! I urge you to only book here if you are very very very desperate! Another reviewer mentioned it being a dive and really they’re not wrong. Unfortunately, I didn’t have the luxury of leaving and booking another hotel last minute. The hotel are conveniently ignore myself and Expedia regarding compensation. Judging by how they reply to any criticism on google reviews .. let’s just say I’m not too surprised now to find out their hotel is absolutely filthy. Standards seem to not be a thing for them or customer service. So, if you like to be in a room that looks nothing like the pictures , love dirt, mould, damp, heavy thick dust on
every surface, broken shower door and bed then this is place for you.
