Each of our apartments comes with flat screen TV, well-equipped kitchenette, washing machine and dryer, dish washer, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. The flat is located in the lower ground floor and it is accessible through stairs.

Was good

Short family stay. The place would do with a revamp especially the bathroom and floors but all in still decent. Close to Oxford street and different tube stations so very convenient. Staff was very helpful

It was terible

Unfortunately,it was a terrible experience.First,we had to wait in the cold for the key,as we finally into the apartment,we were in for a rude awakening.The apartment was filthy,the couch was covered in unidentifiable stains, the chairs were also stained,the kitchen surfaces had been wiped down but somehow still weren't clean,and there were even traces of feces in the toilet.The entrance was damp and dirty.The neighborhood was scary.I m a simple person,i dont need luxary but its not to recommend
