Brilliant apartment in an amazing location extremely close to the underground and Elizabeth line (to Heathrow) Very clean and well appointed. Amazing air conditioning and comfortable beds. Secure and peaceful area with very close amenities and tesco. Would love to stay again

The apartment hotel itself is great. Clean, good location, well equipped. The service team however is robotic and insensitive. I had an unexpected medical emergency and missed one night of the stay and they were inflexible, and rigid when trying to find a solution. 0/10 for customer service.

We had a pleasant stay. Good central location, very easy access to transit. We were on the top floor and the lift only goes to the 4th floor, so we had to carry luggage up one floor - but not a good deal. Clean modern building and stay. Had an issue with the safe being locked.

Wow!! This apartment/hotel far exceeded our expectations! It is a very clean, spacious two-bedroom apartment with full, separate laundry (not a washer/dryer combo). It was very clean and comfortable and had lots of room for 3 of us to spread out. I highly highly recommend!

Great accommodation. Clean apartment, plenty of space. Visted during hot weather and the air conditioning was very effective - lovely and cool apartment. No reception but clear instructions with codes for accessing building and unit sent beforehand by SMS and email following online check in. Great location too. I like staying in this area when in London and my usual place was not available, so I chose this simply as nearby - but would definitely stay again.

Amazing self contained apartments. Perfect location very close to Farringdon station with Tesco and other stores around the corner. Rooms have superb air conditioning and beds are comfortable. Well appointed kitchen and bathroom good security and privacy. Lift available also for luggage. Laundry was good with Miele products. Place is self check in and check out with no reception but a phone number you can communicate with anytime on Whatapp with instant replies. I would highly recommend staying here if visiting London.

Excellent property. Extremely convenient and staff were great. The loft was well equipped, very clean and spacious. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay again and recommend others to stay as well.

The location was very close to the station and highly convenient. Both check-in and check-out went smoothly. However, as other guests have mentioned, the walls seemed quite thin; I could hear noises from the rooms next door, below, and above so clearly that it felt like they were in the same room. I also occasionally heard noise from what sounded like construction work on the street outside. Since I was on a business trip from far away and a quiet night's rest was essential, I might have been a bit more sensitive to it, but the noise did bother me quite a bit. On my first night, people in the room below seemed to be having a party, and the noise from the loud music and talking was terrible. That said, when I contacted the owner about this, they responded very quickly and politely despite it being after hours, resolving the issue smoothly. Lastly, I found a few strands of blonde hair tangled in the provided towels, so I decided not to use them.
