We requested for three criteria: clean, view and workspace. All matched! Had spent great time during the half term. The place is convenient and close to all daily necessities. Quiet at nights which is important. Would wish to be back again. Well done Charles Hope team.

The accommodation was located close to all the amenities the three security doors before you got to the left makes you feel really safe. The apartment was spacious clean and gives you the full city living experience

Overall the apartment was lovely and everything that was advertised but I was really disappointed with the check in process as not told how to get into building/ into room until we called and they then an hour later sent a email saying that the room is open and key on table.

This was one of the worst travel experiences I’ve ever had. Starting from checkin, the wrong info was provided that I would receive an electronic key only to arrive and learn they no longer used that so I needed to have an actual key and figure out checkin. The WiFi info was wrong but the absolute no go was the door locking mechanism got stuck and was a major safety hazard. The owners were not helpful at all. The help came from the onsite receptionist and security who worked an hour to get the lock unstuck. I did not feel safe staying here to risk either sleeping with an open door or risk being locked inside until help could arrive. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had as someone who travels extensively.

Food options limited Food was not good as I ended up going to the grocery store Guests has to keep going through my bedroom to get to the bathroom at meal time. The only 3 items that worked in kitchen were the dishwasher, stove top and the washing machine
