Leider war das Personal total überfordert und ihr englisch war nur mäßig. Beim Einchecken gab es große Probleme, da unser 3-Bett-Zimmer versehentlich an andere Gäste vergeben wurde (die eig. nur ein 2-Bett-Zimmer gebucht hatten). Es gibt außerdem zu den Zimmern keine wirklichen Schlüssel sondern Pin-Codes, daher hat es auch gedauert bis sich herausgestellt hat, dass nicht der vergebene Code das Problem ist, sondern, dass das Zimmer bereits besetzt ist. Außerdem war unsere Toilette im Zimmer kaputt (Abfluss), daher mussten wir am ersten Tag (+ Nacht) das WC im EG benutzen. Weiters gibt es keinen Aufzug, die Stiegen sind sehr steil und der Gang eng. Man kann zwar das Gepäck vor bzw. nach Check-In im Hotel stehen lassen, aber es wird nicht versperrt aufbewahrt, daher kann es eigentlich jeder mitnehmen. Positiv war allerdings, dass das Zimmer verhältnismäßig sauber war.

Room was moderately clean on arrival and a lovely large space (for a room in London). Room was warm and came with aircon/heating. Having own bathroom was great, but found size of space and layout of shower (it opened to the toilet) was a little tight. Still would recommend, great value for price

The staff was great, bottled water in the rooms is very helpful. Yorkshire tea and coffees are good. A moisturizer with the soap amenities would be nice. I would have stayed longer, but the price point just was too high for a single room, so I went to a nearby hotel with more amenities.

Check in was extremely hard, initially we could gain access to the property and we were informed by the receptionist that the buzzer on the door doesn’t work as it belonged to the old company. Thankfully a guest left the reception eventually meaning we could gain access. On check in we were given the wrong room and our second room booked under the same lead person caused issues due to it not being linked on the system. The whole check in process was an extremely frustrating process for something that is normally very simple and easy. Bathroom extractor fan was kicking out dust when using due to it not being cleaned.

Estancia cómoda, hotel reformado y muy bonito. El chico de la recepción un encanto pero la chica no tanto. Lo único que le faltó a nuestra habitación de 3, fue armario porque solo había una vitrina de cristal y resultó incomodo para guardar ropa. Todo lo de mas muy bien.

The room was comfortable - the bed was nice, the room was warm, everything worked. The bathroom was a bit small, but functional. There was nowhere to hang clothes and there was no bedside light or any light other than the single overhead light. There was a lovely large desk in my room, but no chairs so I couldn't sit at the desk (or anywhere else except for on the bed).

Nice hotel in walking distance of the tube. My only problem was having to enter a 7 digit code, followed by # every time you want to enter the hotel, and your room. It took 4 attempts on every occasion. Tech is supposed to be making things easier, but failing ! Please just issue door passes/cards.

The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The bed was up against a wall, so getting in and out was a bit awkward when sharing a bed. The bathroom was pretty tight for space and the toilet could have done with a good deep clean. The main problem was more to do with the noise outside as it felt like we were very close to A&E with sirens going off throughout much of the night, so earplugs are recommended for a good nights sleep.

Appearance good, staff polite at first, once given the room we discovered that: there was no wardrobe, only 3 knobs screwed in the wall directly and 1 wooden hanger ( it looked like decoration, no functionality), later we were given 2 more hangers. NO shelf, ONLY 1 short hook in the bathroom, sticky surfaces, EXTREMELY noisy from all the possible sources (lobby, upper room, inner yard and street). COFFEE was available in the lobby only for 2 days. When the machine ceased functioning, the receptionist rudely told us it was not their responsibility. An electric kettle was in the room, half filled with water from previous guests. Upon arrival, we were advised that the tap water is not drinkable, there were 3 small bottles of water. When consumed we asked for more, but answered it was not their responsibility. There is a safe in the room but no one could open it, to be noted this was one of the reasons we chose the hotel. Not a comfortable stay, not to be recommended to other tourists, we will definitely not return.

Bathroom so small even a child can’t take a shower properly. Make sure you don’t stay in room 201 because the main door makes so much noise every time someone closes it. It wasn’t good. I’d rather just pay a little more and stay in a better place

Value for money but bit isolated

Good service and clean accommodation in the annexe. Bit of a pungent smell from the small bathroom but everything worked and shower was hot. 15-20 min walk from nearest tube and just a Tesco express within 5 mins walk if looking for a meal/food.

Stayed here for a few days whilst attending a gig at Finsbury Park…… it’s a lovely hotel which had just been taken over by new owners…. It was clean, comfy and within walking distance to Camden Town. We also walked back from the gig which took about 40 mins but was doable! Would stay here again!

Very centrally located area with great access to public transportation and very close to shopping district,parks, zoo and so many other places. I would give it 5 starts if it wasn’t for having to climb multiple sets of stairs to access my room. It would also be great to be able to control the room’s temperature.
