The hotel and staff were great- rooms had air conditioning which was important to me for my August trip. The only downside was they have no elevators which I didn’t pay attention to when booking but makes a big difference with heavy luggage.

Air conditioning was a major plus. I would not have survived without it as we were in London during a heat wave!! The area was nice and a great location. We were able to get everywhere around London pretty quickly. If I come back to London I would definitely stay here again

I booked this a few hours before arriving for my first time solo trip to London and they had room for me, so for that I’m grateful and it was worth it. The young man who checked me in was not who I would have liked to start my experience with for reasons that unless you know or grew up in or around the type of man, you wouldn’t understand. The room was nice much better than anticipated. I’m a clean freak so cleanliness was okay. Dusty coffee machine and glasses. My bathroom was tiny but very doable. Air conditioning worked very well but made noises throughout the night when turned off. Really big bangs that would wake me up throughout the night. Bed was comfy enough. Decent space for one or two ppl maximum. No elevators to carry luggage so that was beyond brutal. Quiet throughout. Urban neighborhood. WiFi worked great. Overall, I gave a higher rating than usual because for what I needed in The timeframe I needed it this was perfect, again super grateful for the clutch. However, I would normally never stay at a place like this.

The location was easily accessible and had easy routes of transport nearby (bikes, buses, etc). Our room was also spacious and comfy. The area around the hotel was really nice to explore with a few cafes and shops nearby.
