The space
Welcome to your bright, modern one-bedroom luxury suite — fully private with a separate entrance and complete sound separation for a peaceful stay.

The suite features a full kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, fridge with filtered water and ice, and everything you need for cooking — from utensils and glassware to a toaster and an air fryer.

Relax in the living room with a cozy couch that converts to a Queen-sized bed, complete with linens, blankets, and pillows. Enjoy the smart TV with Netflix, a sound bar, and classic games for a relaxing night in.

The bedroom includes a large closet with hangers, an ironing board, an iron/steamer, a study desk, a ceiling fan, and much more. Extra storage, blankets, and thoughtful touches make it feel like home.

The bathroom is fully stocked with essentials — towels, shampoo, soap, and a hair dryer. A smart vacuum and mop robot keep the place spotless, while a brand-new washer and dryer are available in your private laundry area, laundry detergent included!

The unit has its own comprehensive heating and cooling system, completely separate from the upstairs unit, ensuring comfort and privacy.

Located centrally, the home is just steps from the bus stop, close to the University of Western Ontario (UWO), shopping centers, restaurants, bakeries, pharmacies, medical offices, and parks — all within a short walk. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and perfect for both short and long stays.

Parking is available for an additional fee at a very reasonable rate.
While we’ve taken every possible step to minimize sound transfer, some very minor noise transfer may still occur.
This brand-new suite is fully permitted and built to meet and exceed all fire safety requirements and standards.

Guest access
Guests have full, private access to the entire suite. The unit is completely separate from the main house, with its own entrance located on the opposite side of the upper-floor entry — ensuring maximum privacy. There are no shared spaces inside or outside the suite.

For safety and peace of mind, exterior security cameras monitor the surroundings of the property. No cameras are located inside the suite. Airbnb-approved noise detection devices are in use at all times; they monitor noise levels only, not conversations or sounds, to help maintain a peaceful environment for everyone.

Absolutely no parties or events are allowed.

No animals of any kind are permitted in the unit.

Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. It is allowed only outside in a designated area located away from the entrance.

Other things to note
Parking is available for an additional fee and can be arranged directly through the Airbnb app. Access to the suite is via a private entrance with stairs leading down to the unit.

The suite features a mini-split heating and air conditioning system, along with an HRV system that continuously provides fresh air. Multiple smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are installed throughout for your safety.

Enjoy fast, reliable Wi-Fi and self-check-in with a secure code. Check-in is allowed at any time after 3 pm, or as late as you prefer. Early check-in and late checkout may be possible depending on the cleaning and maintenance schedule, with no extra charge.

Long-term stays are welcome. The neighborhood is very quiet, safe, and close to multiple parks, walking trails, forests, and water ponds — perfect for a peaceful stay with nature nearby
