A £50 per hour fee applies if guests check out late without prior arrangement.
🔹 Lost Key Policy
A £500 penalty will be charged for lost keys to cover replacement and re-keying costs.
🔹 Serenity & Quiet Hours
To maintain a peaceful atmosphere, quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. No parties or disruptive activities—violations will be reported.
🔹 Excessive Garbage & Messiness Penalty
A £90 fee will be applied for excessive garbage or mess left behind. Help us keep the space tidy!
