普通に日本のビジネスホテルと考えれば、何の不満もなく快適ですが、もし旅行等で充実したホテルとを・・と思うのであればホテルでの快適性や満足度は期待しない方がいいかもです。 部屋の広さや快適性は満足できます。 長期滞在の場合は毎朝同じ朝食なので飽きがあるかもです。室内の空調がいまいちで、コントロールできない状況です・・ 清掃はきっちりとしていただき満足。 アメニティは何のでご注意を!

チェックイン時、パースポートを提示しただけですぐ笑顔で「ようこそ、お待ちしてました」と気持ちの良い一言を掛けてくれました。 イギリス対応の電源プラグを持ち合わせていなかったので、フロントに貸してほしい旨を伝えると、すぐに1つ、更に新品を開けてもう1つ念のためにと手配してくれました。 エアコンの調整を部屋で行えなかった(フロントに調整依頼)のと、冷蔵庫が無かったのが気になる点でしたが、ベッドメイクなど含め衛生面においては問題なかったです。周辺も静かな環境で、満足した滞在ができました。

部屋がとにかく古い。。B&Bと同等。 部屋の掃除をきちんとしない。 私の部屋は少なくとも4日以上床の掃除がなかった。 ホコリでイッパイだったが言うのも面倒くさいかったのでチェックアウトの時にフロントで伝えた。 朝食食べてないのに1日分取られそうになった。 スタッフは大変感じが良い。 親切。 それが救い。

Nice and varm staff, we felt very welcomed. The room was not so cleaned, the shower had very little preasure, it was very hot in the rom, the view from the room was not so fun.

We arrived a little early and our room wasn’t ready which we had no issue with at all, we had no plans so enjoyed just sitting in the lovely reception/bar area and were provided with some free drinks. The staff were lovely. Breakfast the next day was the best I’ve ever had in a hotel. I’d definitely stay again. Access into London was easy and only around 20 mins. ☺️

The room was really clean and it’s in a lovely area close to the tube. The downside was that it was extremely loud - I am a heavy sleeper so I don’t usually worry about noise - but I could feel everyone’s doors closing around me, it would startle me multiple times during the night. Could hear the person in the room next to me on the phone. I booked in advance but when I came to reception to check in, I waited a long time and then finally when someone came and I said I was checking in, she looked at me an said ‘how old are you?!’ which I thought was so odd and bit abrupt? I am in my early thirties… I look quite young for my age but I definitely do not look like a child/teenager….. It just made the experience very awkward.

Lovely staff, the room was comfortable, and pleasant, and in a great location. The shower unfortunately was a bit broken, it would only point more towards the wall so had to be held in place when used. Otherwise would really recommend this hotel.

Confortável e com ótima localização e atendimento.
Foi ótima a experiência. O Hotel é muito bem localizado. Fica perto de 2 estações de metrô a Lancaster Gate e a Paddington que também é uma estação de trem e ao lado do Hyde Park. Muito confortável, quartos pequenos, como a maioria dos hotéis em Londres, limpo, com um café da manhã justo e um ótimo atendimento.

Turns out it’s not a. 4* hotel. Three at best. Very basic facilities, portable heaters to keep you warm. Incredibly small rooms with no frills. Not the friendliest welcome, not as much as a hello, how are you. Initially got out in a horrid room on the ground floor overlooking a pub. Second room was upstairs, but was depressing. Won’t be staying again.

Just an important point to notice: the description of the "Executive Room - 1 queen bed" along with the pictures don't match the actual room you get. What the site is actually showing as the "Executive Room" is actually the "Family Room", so you don't get fooled. I booked the Executive Room based on the description here, and got the equivalent to a standard room: a tiny room with no sofa bed and very, very little space. The property manager should correct the description and pictures to avoid misleading the customers.

Instead of VIP access benefits, we got the smallest room of the hotel. No hot water and broken furniture in the room. After two nights we changed the room and it became worse. Again no hot water, broken furniture and safe, room tiny. There was no space in the room to open the suitcase. I don’t know why this hotel is a VIP access facility.
