The flat has everything you need in a clean studio size space and my wife and I were comfortable there. It is a bit noisy as it is located adjacent to Overground tracks and the Hackney Downs station, however that line stops running around 11pm so did not interfere much with our sleep. The British instant hot shower gets warm but not hot. We got used to it.

気になった点 : 清潔度、施設のコンディションと設備
We stayed here in mid-July 2025. We wouldn’t visit again for a few reasons: Good: - Host was responsive, check-in easy - Directly by an overground station, transportation is very easy. - Groceries are very close by. - The unit is well stocked with cutlery, plateware, an iron, blow dryer, and power adapters. Bad: - Flat is extremely muggy, hot and damp. Obvious humidity issues and mold problems (scattered dehumidifier packs; bottles of mold buster under the sink). The fans only blow the hot and humid air around, and the window can’t be left open for fresh air when you’re out, since the flat is at ground level. - The bathroom has an ant problem. There is haphazard caulking in many of the seams, which tells me that this is an ongoing problem that is not yet solved. - Shampoo, soap, and laundry detergent were NOT provided, despite being listed in the description. Cabinet contained used sundries (gross) from a previous guest. - Laundry machine is a WASHER ONLY, not a dryer, contradicting the listing description. There is a drying rack, but it is almost useless since the unit is already very humid. We had to use the blow dryer on our clothes and then point both of the fans at the drying rack for over 24 hours and they were still not fully dry by the end of our stay. - The rug that takes up most of the floor space in the studio was old and stained. - The only bedsheet was a comforter, far too warm for summer. - The building is rather dumpy and there is rubbish in the yard.
