Amazing studio flat in Central London, very stylish, cosy, has everything you need for a stay in London. A lovely place to enjoy your city or business break. Just round the corner from Hyde Park, 1 minute away from Lancaster Gate tube and 3 minutes away from Paddington tube and train stations. The area is full of cafes, pubs and restaurants. Guests will have full and exclusive access to the flat. There is a kitchenette, shower and double bed as well as all the necessary amenities for the stay.

Pretty nice. Grabbing the key was relatively easy, although when I grabbed it, I had to cross a large puddle (no fault of the owner). Just a personal preference, there's a smell in the room specifically towards the door and bathroom that I didn't particularly like. Neighbors also smoke, which I wasn't particularly thrilled about.

Wonderful apartment and in a superb area

Great apartment stay that provided an easy access to the underground via a couple of stations.Getting the keys was a bit of an issue but that was on us - we should have read the instructions more clearly as they wee correct.Nice area just north of Hyde Park - very, very safe.Maria was quick to answer when we had a question.Love London!

We enjoyed staying in this studio apartment. Its location is lovely within 7-9min of subway stations, close proximity to restaurants yet fairly quiet. The bed was very comfortable. We do have some minor suggestions for improvements with the bathroom facility that we will share with the host.

The location and bed comfort were top! Very close to 2 tube stations (ease of getting to central London for many sites & Théâtre), walking distance to Hyde park, Notting Hill (great area) & restaurants nearby. One of the best pubs was Churchill Arms (a bit further) with wonderful Thai food in the back. The flat itself is very small, minimal (brought own shampoo, etc) & you could hear everything in the next flat, which was only a problem one night out of 8. All in all, considering the cost of rentals in London, great place to stay!

Wonderful location! Getting the key was a little cumbersome with all our luggage, as it’s at a different location than the flat. But Maria is very communicative, and helpful. The flat is simple but perfect for a stay in London.

Paddington Efficiency

Bonus points for price and value. Nice to have fridge, washer, kitchen. Small and relatively clean and comfortable.Being near multiple stations for bus, underground, trains, etc. made getting around easy.

Super recommended!

The flat is in a great location, just 2 mins away from Lancaster gate; and 5-10 mins away from Paddington.The building and flat are both in great conditions, with modern appliances.I would really recommend this place to anybody who visits London.

Great location

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The unit contained everything a couple would need for a stay in London. The unit was also clean. In addition, the property is a few minutes from the Lancaster Gate Underground Station and a 10-minutes walk to Paddington Rail Station. Also, there are a number of cafes and restaurants on the block. Unfortunately, our electric in the kitchen area went out the day we arrived. Two days later a water leak under the kitchen sink knocked out the power. Maria quickly responded and got maintenance people to take care of the problem. The bed was very uncomfortable as there was no box spring to provide support for the mattress and you could feel springs. Yet, we would stay in the flat again,especially if the owner installs a new box spring and mattress.

Good location-

Property was as described. I would have liked a small chair that I could sit in to read, but otherwise the flat had everything I needed. Due to a water problem, I had to move (to another flat in the same building) midway through my stay, which was a bit inconvenient but nobody’s fault. I’d recommend this flat for a solo traveler.

Little room on a lovely street close to Hyde Park

We enjoyed our stay at Maria’s. It was on a great street with cafes, shops, and restaurants and was a very short walk to the tube. It is also a 5 minute or less walk to the Italian Gardens in Hyde Park which is a lovely area you have to check out. The check in process was easy, though it does involve picking up and dropping the key off about 5 minutes away. Maria was communicative in the check in and check out process. The flat is small but overall is a good stay for the value.

Small but excellent location and nicer finishes

This property is situated very close to Kensington Gardens, with easy access to lots of transportation. It is a great neighborhood place, in among tailors, restaurants and pubs. The place is small, especially the bathroom, but it was perfect for 2 people.

Cozy studio flat with great location

We had a good stay at this clean flat close to Kensington Gardens. Walking distance to Paddington and Lancaster Gate made it very easy to get around the city. Check in process is ok but not convenient. It would have been nice to have some extra towels and toilet paper since we stayed more than a week. Otherwise a good stay.

Good location - very compact unit

Best part of the stay was the location-it is close to everything including the rail station. Great restaurants and pubs in the area and close to shopping and all the sights. Check-in process was not smooth as it was difficult getting instructions or getting a response. The lockbox for keys is in a location different from the actual unit and was not easy to find. Please note there is no television and you should bring your own amenities like shampoo, dish towels, etc.

Great little apartment ideal for exploring London

The apartment had everything we needed to be comfortable for our 2 night stay exploring London. Walking distance to 2 underground stations and Paddington station and round the corner from Hyde Park. On a road where there’s little eateries pubs and restaurants so no need to travel far for a nice meal. Just remember to read the instructions for check in before you reach the apartment. It will help!

London Stop

Property was well presented with great location. It is definitely small, but as we were out and about most of the time it was absolutely fine. Maria was very easy to deal with throughout the process. Only downside was not javing any garbage bags - maybe an oversight by the cleaner? Overall we were very happy with pur stay.

Great flat in a great location!

Was very pleased with the flat. Was exactly as presented. Many benefits. The location is superb. Close to a major subway hub (for access to Heathrow and central London), just abvove Hyde Park and close to Notting Hill. The area is safe and filled with shops and restaurants. It is close to a grocery store and various other fruit vendors. My communications with Maria were brief but helpful. I would highly recommend the flat. One consideration. The walls are quite thin, so you can hear conversations in the adjoining apartments. Fortunately, the residents are quiet after around 10 pm.

Great location

A single room apartment on the 3rd floor. Bathroom is very tight but overall the unit is clean and well maintained. Getting the keys is a bit of a process but it wasn't too much of a hassle. The location is perfect for central London. A few minutes walk to Hyde Park and Paddinton Station and one of the Hop On bus routes. Restaurants everywhere. We loved it and would recommend it to young travellers travelling on a budget.

Super emplacement !

Logement bien situé dans Londres, avec transports à proximité. Quartier résidentiel calme, proche de Hyde Park. Récupération des clés en autonomie, très pratique. Appartement propre, bien équipé et fonctionnel. Seuls bémols, le matelas est trop mou (on sent les ressorts) et les murs sont très fins (on entend les voisins).
