Large three bedroom period apartment with kitchen, lounge, study and garden. Situated near ‘trendy’ Tooting and close to Wimbledon for the tennis. Also has excellent links to the centre of town.

Neighbourhood Living
Colliers Wood is situated in the South West of London and shares the famous SW19 postcode with Wimbledon. There are many local cafes, pubs and restaurants in the area as well as plenty of parks, including Morden Hall Park, a National Trust park.

Tooting is just a few minutes walk away and was described by Lonely Planet as one of the world's coolest places! Here you will find plenty of pubs, restaurants and if you venture a little further to Tooting Bec Common you will come across Tooting Bec Lido - the largest swimming pool in the United Kingdom.

Wimbledon is just a short bus ride away and there are plenty of bars / pubs / restaurants to visit there as well as the world famous Wimbledon Tennis Club.

Nearby there are historic places of interest such as Merton Abbey Mills, the former Liberty & Co. dyeworks on the bank of the River Wandle, William Morris also used the Merton Abbey Works area for his Morris & Co. factory and the ruins of 12th Century Merton Priory can also be visited.

Great property, well situated for local restaurants, pubs in tooting. Good connections to central London bus stops 2 min walk. Simon was very helpful and made himself available if I had a problem. Thanks Simon really made our stay easy.
