ロンドン ホテル

「COVID-19の対策はされていた。フロントが人手がいないのか、忘れたのか、何度も依頼しないといけなかった。プールなども活用できて、その点は良かった。駐車場もすぐ目の前で便利だった。」

「Very nice lobby/ public area. Good breakfast room well maintained. Nice room, quiet, pool. No one at desk when I checked in or out.」

「Staff was great with clean rooms」

「Pretty old and tired converted motel. It appears as if they are working on updating some aspects of the property. The room had a funky sanitized smell that was likely being used to cover up some preexisting smells. Breakfast was basic. It was convenient to our visit to New River Gorge NP and was one of only a couple of options for housing in the area. On the plus side, the per night rate was very reasonable which made the hotel more tolerable.」

「Terrible stay! Valet parking full & self park 2 blocks away, which for a night arrival in the rain was no fun. No working elevator & room on the 8th floor- we were able to take the service elevator up, but the hall is inaccessible without staff so you have to take the stairs down. 「Arrived at 6:00 p.m. to be told the room wasn't ready yet, please give us 30 minutes.」

「大きな不満無く過ごしました。徒歩圏ですが繁華街は少し遠く感じるかも。」

「This is a great place if you just need a less expensive place to spend the night. No litter in the parking lot or vicinity, just crisp and clean inside and out. It is an older Motel but the rooms seem well maintained. The bathroom was very nice and clean with newer tile and sink area and a nice shower. It also bordered on the...

「The quiet and darkness was great for sleeping. Loved being in the woods. We went the first week of October. We were looking forward to all the restaurants on the property. Unfortunately we were not made aware that only one would be open during our stay. That was a big disappointment. It would be nice if that fact would have been made clear on your website.」

「Everyone was very nice and helpful. Quiet and comfortable.」
