"The hotel is a bit tried I stayed here when it was the hard rock not much has changed. We had a couple of niggles with our room not resolved. Housekeeping let themselves in early in the morning several times. No knocking which i found rude. Paid for a king size room don’t waste your money."

"LOVELY STAFF AND WE WERE GREETED WARMLY AND LUGGAGE TAKEN TO OUR ROOM. RECEPTIONIST ASKED OUR PREFERENCE FOR A ROOM AND WE WERE GIVEN A GROUND FLOOR ROOM CLOSE TO ESCALATORS AND DINING ROOM. ROOM WAS EXCELLENT, PRISTINE AND WITH ALL THE AMENITIES WE REQUIRED. STAFF AT BREAKFAST WERE LOVELY TOO AND ..."

"Lovely clean spacious room. Friendly helpful staff. We stayed 2 nights and had plans for breakfast on the 2nd morning so couldn’t use the free breakfast on our 1st morning which was a bit disappointing but apart from that enjoyed the location for our Chelsea flower show trip."
