「Very good Location and surroundings only problem is no proper roads to go there 」

「We were provided with a cottage for our stay. The room was small and did not have adequate furniture like a study table and chair or a small sofa to sit. The room had only a queen size bed and two small side tables. It did not give the impression of a 4 star hotel. 」

At check out time they started calling at 12:25 to check out every 5 min they called. Staff Manager Amarth was very rude, started arguing. No room service nthng. For room rating is good but staff service is very poor」

Visited that property but there was no rooms available As I have booked room online from expedia, Even manager was not willing to help us or to solve our query...worst experience from Expedia portal and emerald resort manager.... We have to look for some other resort in last moment, rates where high but no option rather den booking....it's very sad when u drive about 3 hrs and u go to the hotel and there is no room available....it's very worst experience」

「Wir hatten 3 teure Räume für 8 nächste gebucht bereits nach der zweiten Nacht waren wir alle übersäht mit Bissen von Bettwanzen , das Essen wenn man nicht komplett Feuer essen möchte bekommt man entweder vegan oder so wie wir langliegen mit Durchfall Kopfschmerzen frieren Schweißausbrüche usw. Also ich würde nie wieder einen Fuß dort hin setzen bzw eine Nacht dort verbringen . FINGER WEG 」
