「The room is very nice and clean but too dark. A Cafe is still in construction so we had to go to a beach cafe for breakfast, which was nice and quiet.
Staff is really nice and helpful.
You have to rent a scooter, as nothing is in walking distance.
There are also limited dining options in this area.」
「I’ve stayed here before. Maintainence was down but adequate. Internet was intermittent and was a problem. Beautiful location and view. Certainly worth the money. 」

「För det priset jag betalade var allting väldigt tillfredställande. Bra service (mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal), fina rum, bra mat och mysig strandrestaurang. Det finns dock ett stort problem med Warna Beach Hotel... Moskén med bönetorn (minaret) ligger precis bredvid. Böneutrop var och varannan timme som ekade högt överallt. Är man inte ljuskänslig så är det lugnt, men stör man sig på sånt, bör man hitta boende långt från moskén!」
「The ad is misleading because it is not located on the beach - it is a 5 minute walk inland. You have to type in 'Joevanna Cottage' (with 2 n's) into Google Maps to find the correct location. Also, there are small ants in the room. It was only for one night so it was ok. The plus is that there was hot water for the shower.」
「The property felt almost abandoned. No one at reception at any moment of our stay, the housekeeping staff let us in. No restaurant, no help to book airport transfer as advertised on Hotels.com. Nipah beach is lovely, but this hotel is not as advertised.」
