The 'Loftalive' is ideal for business travelers who want to switch off after a tiring day at a trade fair, conference or seminar with a partner or work colleague or who want to work on projects in a quiet environment.
The apartment offers a very modern, light-flooded loft character with high-quality designer furniture.
110 sqm living space on 50 sqm loft-living-dining room and kitchen with island 2 bedrooms incl. TV, designer bathroom with bathtub and TV, guest bathroom / utility room incl. Washing machine and dryer.
State-of-the-art, dimmable LED lighting sets the scene flooded with light during the day at night.
14 sqm balcony with a view of the countryside!
Furthermore, the kitchen of the loft with its spacious kitchen island and a view of the green invites you to cook evenings à la 'perfect dinner' or sales events of any kind!
A large table offers space for up to 8 people and is therefore ideal for meetings, presentations and teamwork.
Two bedrooms with a total of 4 beds also invite business travelers in groups.

Wonderful experience
We rented both suites for an extended stay and can not say enough good things about both the space and the hospitality. The Loft & the Penthouses are beautiful places to host gatherings, rest, and work. The house is very quiet, very clean, extremely well-designed and appointed, and located in beautiful surroundings. The host is absolutely lovely and caring. We will be back.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft mit extrem sympathischer Vermieterin
Unser Besuch ist zwar schon etwas her, ich möchte dennoch gerne eine Bewertung schreiben:
Wir hatten ein schönes Wochenende im angebotenen Loft und es war unbeschreiblich schön. Das gesamte Objekt ist sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet – dazu ein großer, geräumiger Garten mit Pool und atemberaubender Aussicht.
Nicht nur das Objekt war super, sondern auch die Vermieterin war extrem offen, freundlich und man hat gemerkt, dass Kristina mit Herzblut dabei ist und viel Liebe in das Haus investiert hat :-)
Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können einen Aufenthalt bei Kristina nur wärmstens empfehlen!
