Some time after making the reservation I called to ask how to check-in given that it said there is no front desk and I didn't receive any instructions. I was told in German they are fully booked, despite having a confirmed reservation (and the hotels.com website having several rooms there). "Die Zimmer im Bahnwagon sind perfekt. Der Platz reicht und man fühlt sich in die Jugendjahre zurückgesetzt. Auch die Sitzplätze zum Essen und Spielen sind praktisch und gut ausgerüstet. Es hat eine Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Tee, Kaffee, Spielsachen für die Kinder usw. "

"Excellent location and great number of things to keep you busy with, as we only book the accommodation on the day we arrived we really loved the experience. We arrived on Christmas Day and the restaurant was open and served a wonderful dinner. If we plan to go back to Germany we certainly will visit here again as it was one of our favorite stays.
