Villa Pogelia is set on one level and offers 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a sofa bed in the living room, accommodating up to 6 guests. The sleeping area includes a double bedroom with an adjacent bathroom with bathtub and a bedroom with bunk beds, both equipped with air conditioning. Upon entering, you will find a spacious living room with dining area and an additional bathroom with shower, leading to a covered veranda with sea view and a well-kept lawn garden. The fully equipped independent kitchen includes a refrigerator, oven, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker and kettle. The outdoor veranda is the perfect place to enjoy unforgettable sunsets over the sea.

The villa is surrounded by a well-maintained Mediterranean garden with lawn and native plants. The shared swimming pool features a sunbathing area with loungers and an outdoor shower. Essential services strictly necessary for short-term stays—such as final cleaning and the initial set of bed linen—are provided by specialised external companies; related costs are to be borne by the Guest.

• After booking, you must complete the online check-in (uploading ID documents and selfies for all guests).
• Your data will be processed in compliance with the GDPR regulation.
• A tourist rental agreement must be signed. The contract will be in Italian; a courtesy English translation will be provided before arrival.

Keys and documents will be delivered at the Klodge Reception – Via Pescara 11, Olbia, just a few minutes from Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport.

A door-to-door waste collection system is in place. Please purchase the appropriate bags and dispose of any waste correctly before departure.
