Lovely relaxing stay.

Superb place to stay, a really spacious and clean suite on the top floor. Bar/restuarant served superb food and a great breakfast. Nice quiet area and easy walk into the centre of Loffingen. Parking spaces are not abundant but there is plenty of parking in town a short walk away so no real issue. Would definitely stay here again.

Zimmer war Klasse Schlüsselautomat Die Dame am Frühstücksbuffet war unkommunikativ und ich wurde erst von jemand anderes daß auch Eier und anderes bestellt werden konnten.Ansonsten war es angesicht der geringen Kundenzahl gut.

La chambre était propre mais presence de toile d araignée dans les poutres . Le personnel manque de sourir ne parle pas français mais est efficace. Le restaurant est tres sombre les plats sont bons le petit déjeuner impeccable

Die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Duschbrause stark verkalkt und eklig. Das Dienstags geschlossen ist und zwar komplett, sollte auch in den zu buchenden Hotelportalen grschrieben sein. Somit war die Sauna nicht nutzbar. Hätte ich das gewusst, hätte ich hier NICHT gebucht.

Arrivée compliquée…..l’hôtel était fermé à 16h00 alors que l’arrivée était proposée à partir de 12h30…..Au téléphone la personne ne parlait que l’allemand ( pas de français , pas d’italien et pas d’anglais ) pour nous indiquer comment obtenir la clef . Au moment de l’enregistrement il nous est proposé une place de garage pour nos motos et au moment de vouloir les ranger on nous a dit de les laisser dehors….

Diese Unterkunft ist was für ein Übernachtung, oder Monteure, aber nicht für längere Zeit. Waren 2 Wochen dort, Frühstück total lieblos, Wurst Käse nur Aufbackbrötchen sonst keinerlei auswahl an brot, mein Mann war an den Zähnen operiert, die harten Brötchen konnte er nicht essen, auf anfrage nach Brot oder Toastbrot bekam er dann 2 Tage 3 Scheiben Toastbrot am 3. Tag schon keins mehr. Wir fuhren dann ins Geschäft und haben uns dann Tostbrot und vernünftige Marmelade gekauft. Das Zimmer für 2 Personen mit 3 kleinen Hunden viel zu klein, keine Möglichkeit mal zu sitzen ausser auf dem Bett. Sauberkeit wird auch klein geschrieben, zwar alle 3 Tage Betten frisch, aber alles andere schmutzig. Höchstens 1-2 Übernachtungen mehr nicht.

Sejour inconfortable

Réservation pour 3 adultes avec 3 lits simples. En réalité 2 lits simples et 1 lit de camp à peine équipé d'un surmatelas, très inconfortable. Accueil à peine chalereux. Check-out a 11h mais ils sont entrés 3 fois dans la chambre entre 9h30 et 10h15 en ouvrant avec leur double de clef (sans nous demander notre avis, merci pour notre intimité) pour récupérer le lit de camp alors que nous revenions a peine du petit-déjeuner, puis pour les 2 fois suivantes pour nous demander de faire le check-out, et encore une fois, à peine avec un sourire. Petit-déjeuner correct dans la salle de restaurant, rien à redire sur cet aspect. Idem pour la propreté de la chambre.

Gut für eine Übernachtung

Gutes Hotel für eine Übernachtung. War überrascht aufgrund des günstigen Übernachtungspreis bei dem auf der Homepage beworbenen Wellnessangebot. Bei Ankunft dann erfahren, dass aufgrund Personalmangels Wellness und Restaurant geschlossen ist. Schade das dies nirgends stand. Zimmer gut um Nebenhaus, Fernseh- und Internetempfang schwach. Frühstück einfach, mit nettem Personal.

Schöne Unterkunft

Wir waren mit zwei Kindern eine Nacht vor Ort. Unser „Zimmer“ war eine Suite auf zwei Stockwerken mit zwei Schlafzimmer. Die Räume waren sehr schon und grosszügig. Preis-Leistung top. Auch das Frühstück liess keine Wünsche offen. Einziger Kritikpunkt. Beim Eingang gibt es einen Getränkeautomat, jedoch gab es im Zimmer keine Becher oder Gläser…
