ローファラー アルム II スキー リフト周辺のホテル

「It was a very clean and lovely hotel. The surrounding scenery was beautiful, and the breakfast buffet offered plenty of traditional German dishes. The staff’s hospitality was also excellent.」

「Such a gorgeous view of land and mountains - and the trains quietly go by! Clean, comfortable beds, nicely decorated, great bathrooms, and what an outdoor patio! We were arriving late at night so I called the hotel and they made arrangements to leave our key card in an outdoor safe with a code - it was so helpful! Breakfast was outstanding with a cappuccino machine, an incredible fruit bar, yogurt station, and delicious scrambled eggs and bacon, and all kinds of breads. Close drive to Leogang...

「Good location of the hotel, and new modorn building. Not only Car parking fee 12EUR/day, but also 20EUR/Day was charged to a dog. But NO any service were given for our dog such as water bowl, blanket etc. Probably the hotel would excuse the cost for clean up, but during our 5 nights staying, only 2times cleaned up and towels exchanged even onece I requested.」

「Selvom vi bookede en time før ankomst stod alt klart og de var søde og imødekommende. Lækker stor morgenmadsbuffet.」

「I’m a hotel snob and this is one of the most beautiful and best hotels I’ve ever been to. I cannot recommend the German Alps enough, and this is the place to be. Heaven.」

「Alles war wunderbar. Ich komme gerne wieder」

「Amazing property with amazing staff. Can't wait to come back.」

「Alles prima」

「Nice quiet location. Lovely views Staff friendly. Food good」

「Beautiful hotel, well maintained , but the SERVICE needs significant improvement. I specifically booked this hotel because I wanted a room with a mountain view. When I arrived, however, the only view from my room was a tree. I went to the front desk and explained that I had specifically booked a mountain view, but instead of addressing the issue, I was told “YES, YOU HAVE MOUNTAN BEHIND THE TREE”. I was also told that nothing could be done unless I paid extra to move to another room. I had to...
