Apartment basement:
The cozy 3 room apartment with sea views from the kitchen and a bedroom is located directly on the beach in Stubbenfelde. The apartment has 2 bedrooms of which 1 with a double bed and 1 with 2 single beds. There are 4 flat screen TV's, a fireplace and a washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven and ceramic hob, toaster, coffee machine, refrigerator with freezer and microwave. Parking is on site and for free, there is a beach chair. A barbecue for general use is available. Bed linen and towels necessary. 1 dog is allowed.

You can hear the sound of the sea! The house is located on the beach of Stubbenfelde in a quiet location. The apartments are located in the mezzanine and the attic and have thereby lies the house on a mountain, a panoramic sea view. The stop of the Usedom resort railway is about 600 meters away. Shops are located in the nearby campsite 400 m, supermarket 1.5 km away. Restaurants and snack in the immediate vicinity.

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 21:00 and departures from 08:00 to 10:00.

Direkt am Strand....

Super Aufenthalt mit nettem Vermieter. Das Haus ist direkt am Strand. Der Vermieter betreibt auch einen Strandkorbverleih am Strand. Der Strand ist sein Privatstrand, somit ist der Strand nur für die Strandkorbgäste. Zu der Ferienwohnung bekommt man auch einen Strandkorb dazu. Das hat uns sehr gut gefallen weil man dann die Buddelsachen für die Kindern nicht immer wieder zurück zum Haus schleppen musste. Ansonsten ein sehr ruhige Lage und die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Leider hat die Wohnung kein Wlan. Das wird wohl erst 2025 nachgerüstet.
