「I have previously stayed at this location when it was operated as a bed and breakfast, this time it is only a lodging spot with complimentary drinks which was conveyed in the listing. The home is lovely and easily located in Orange, with quick access to many historical areas. While the Fenton is listed as having a bathroom, which it does, it is a tiny water closet at best. 「Owner was slow to answer emails (often 2-3 days) and often required multiple emails from request to rent, questions, and even while we were there. There were very minimal amenities (only 4 dining chairs for 5 BR house, very minimal cookware, only 5 towel sets for rental with 8 people.) 「This house was just perfect for two families with kids. Plenty of room choices for the kids with two nice master bedrooms for the parents. It was very clean, beautifully decorated, and so comfortable - even had nice toilet paper, which is weird to mention, but so many places we’ve stayed at recently are gross 1-ply. Check in was a breeze and checkout was very easy. 10/10 recommend to a friend. 」

「Wonderful dock for boats, and we had great waterskiing at the north end of the lake. Incredibly responsive hosts. Home was beautiful and had enough bedrooms and bathrooms for our whole large group. Would stay there again!!!」
