"Great place and clean "

"After having a terrible experience the night before at another hotel, this hotel was the complete opposite! Our room was immaculate, staff was beyond friendly, especially the chef in the restaurant, Ramon. Our room was spacious and had plenty of amenities. This was our second stay here, and we will be staying here on our next visit to Louisville! "

"In an old building with a very steep staircase on top of retail shops . Living room couch is stained and has springs poppping through seats . Tears in blanket in bedroom off living areas . Air filter in ceiling near bathroom looks like it hasn’t been changed in years with all the dust. Never stayed in property like this location . Its next door to a Mexican restaurant luckily no one was at restaraunt but its an area with businesses and this location your mainly only residential place so kind of odd. In town for Kentucky derby basically slept & showered there. Rates were very high for quality of place and location ."

"Lovely waterfront property on the Ohio river. I enjoyed the convenience and access to everything. Visiting with family in the neighborhood. So peaceful watching the coal barges go up and down the river. Highly recommend!"

"This was a great property for our group. Everyone had their own space and the rooms were comfortable. The games were awesome except there was not a ball for the volleyball set. Loved the kitchen. It was a great space for us all to be together. Hot tub was amazing. The host, Tyler, was very quick to respond when I contacted him. Great property "
