「Yes we had an excellentbstay, visited family near by. Since.the weather was stormy we stayed overnight. Room was good, a little.run down though」

「This place is a treasure! We loved our stay! We came with our 3 adult children and two dogs. The house was very clean and all the essentials were provided. We caught too many fish to count even though it rained a lot! We were super excited to find a kayak there too, bonus! Communication with the host was easy and they responded super quick and were very pleasant & helpful with all our questions. We hope to come again very soon!」

「We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was as listed and when I accidentally locked us out of the house, Hannah was quick to respond. The only negative I could say is there was not much water pressure in the bathroom.」

「We brough 5 kids and 2 dogs to the Hickory House and had a fabulous time! The home is perfect, exactly what you need for a stay. We were sampling as many BBQ places as we could. Great walking distance to downtown Lockhart. Short drive to places that are too far to walk in the summer. Owners were fabulous. Very easy check in and check out. No onerous requirements for checking out. We will look forward to doing it again. 」
