"The staff are most unfriendly Scots that I’ve met specifically the food manager and bartender. The room was clean but the pillows and bed must have been there since the hotel opened. Hot water but shower was a trickle of water. "

"It’s an interesting and quirky place, it’s dated in decor etc so don’t get too excited if you are given a suite. Staff were trying their best and seemed new to the industry and hopefully in time they will get the service and service times to a better standard. Unfortunately the morning shower was a no go as there was no hot water, mustn’t of got up early enough!!!! Normally I would bring this up at the time but I did feel for the staff who seemed rushed off their feet at a time"

The view from the panoramic lounge was amazing and it was well stocked with board games and toys for the children to play with. Torridon is a short walk away with a general store and there is a lovely cafe nearby too. "
