「Staff clean room breakfast」

「We booked for 2 nights and stayed a 3rd as we loved it so much! Greg met us and got us settled in and was very helpful with suggestions for things to see and restaurants. The accommodations were so beautiful and had everything we needed. The breakfasts were excellent and well presented. Location is excellent and loved Pitlochry so much. It really shows the pride taken in running this lovely B&B. Best we have stayed at and we have stayed in many over the years. Thanks again Greg and Sue...

「Building is very old. Needs a lot of work to udate windows. Lots of holes under carpets and lift door doesnt fully close. Tired decor but needs fair but of work」

「We stayed in a Special Occasions Room where there was mold in the shower, and the curtains were not fixed to the rail by all the hooks. There is no air conditioning. The room was very hot and only one window opened. The rest were painted shut. The staff at reception were very professional, but spoke very quickly making difficult to understand what was being said if you are hard of hearing (which I am) or if English is not your first language.
