This area leads out to the terrace. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, as well as a small dining table. The kitchen also provides access to the terrace. On the same level, you'll find a hip bath/WC. Upstairs, there is one room with a French bed (1x150 cm) and a bath/WC, offering access to the balcony. Two additional rooms, each with 2 beds, share a bath/WC. The property features gas heating.
