The Bahia Grande is about 15 km south of the island's capital Palma and is one of the oldest urbanizations on the island and belongs to the municipality of Llucmajor.The neighboring towns of Cala Blava or Bahia Azul are better known for many travelers. Bahia Grande is manageable and is located on the old cliff road between Playa de Palma and Cala Pi. You won't find mass tourism here. In Bahia Azul there is a small shopping center, some bars, restaurants and cafes. International food and a greater variety of restaurants can be found in the neighboring towns. For families with children, the water park "Aqualand", just 10 kilometers away, promises a lot of fun for the whole family.
