It's a lovely villa with good sized bedrooms and a decent open plan kitchen/dining room/living room area. The pool was a great temperature, but the low wall between the house and the adjoining one next door meant that both families could see and hear each other very clearly when we were all outside. The air-con in the master bedroom and living area worked well, but none of the other bedrooms had functioning air-con so were very hot in the 30 degree heat. The property manager came round as soon as they were told (the morning after we'd arrived late the night before due to a cancelled flight), and tried to get engineers to fix it, although these were supposed to come on Tuesday and eventually came on Thursday evening, and were not able to sort it out. Once the air-con is fixed, which I'm sure will be soon, it will be much easier for everyone to sleep.
Cala Pi is a nice little resort. The shop is very basic and doesn't sell the wherewithal to cook an evening meal, so you really do need to stop on the way and pick up all your essentials, including milk, tea, coffee etc. Everything in Cala Pi seems to be closed on Wednesdays but every meal we had out in the various different restaurants and cafes was good. The archaeological ruins at Capocorb Vell are worth a visit, and are only 7 minutes from the villa.
