"Pros: Die Lage des Hauses direkt über dem Strand von Cala Romantica ist sehr schön. Ebenso die Größe des Hauses. Cons: Das Haus bedarf einer Renovierung, da es doch etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Bad, Küche etc sind nicht mehr up-to-date. Wen das nicht stört, wird sich dennoch hier wohlfühlen. Die Anfahrt zum Haus ist trotz Beschreibung insbesondere nachts sehr schwierig."

"Pros: The cottage was perfect for two of us! We especially enjoyed the aroma of orange blossom that hung in the air at dawn and dusk and the wonderful citrus groves. We appreciated the owner showing us where to find ripe grapefruits on the property! The staff with Mallorca Born properties were friendly and attentive to all of our needs. "The house is situated in Sencelles, a small village in the center of Mallorca. The neighborhood is very pretty and calm and its location makes it easy to reach most of the beaches in the island.
