Nice hotel with balcony and pool. Entertainment in the evening. Breakfast was good and the staff were friendly and helpful. Walking distance to the resort centre, beach and bus station. Would stay again.

Not a 4 star hotel

Employees are not friendly, air conditioner does not cool down the room by any chance, cleaning was not ok, very noisy rooms. The pools are great and location is good.

I’m a regular at this hotel twice yearly for the past 5years but the beds are still the same uncomfortable they need to change the beds everything else is 5* I only come to Lloret to relax and get away from work for few days

Not impressed

Hotel is nice but not a 4 star, staff are friendly and the food was decent, but the facilities not great the pool is not very big and they do not have enough loungers or umbrellas, only opened one bar in the begining of August and the clientèle is not family friendly as there was more 18 to 20s getting wasted and running round the hotel screaming and banging doors and fighting with each other. Security sometimes tried to no avail and we even threatened the hotel with involving the police which did make them push a little harder.

Good location but in need of renovation

Hotel could do with some improvement on the rooms and bathrooms. It's one of those hotels where you can hear your neighbours footsteps and everywhere they say. I would say it's okay for a one night stay but not for a week you would miss out on your sleep.

Rooms a little small for 4

The room was not ready when we arrived even though we arrived two hours after check in, we were given the key and upon entering the room realised that it had not been cleaned from the previous guests. We were given a complimentary drink and when it was ready we were short a bed for our group so had to go back to reception to get this sorted, which it was, the room was very small for 4 ( 2 adults and 2 children aged 11 and 13) to keep this in mind when booking as I was going expecting it to be a little bigger from the angle of the photographs on website! Very busy hotel and not enough loungers at pool area, staff were pleasant overall and the breakfast is very varied and caters for all needs. Overall a pleasant holiday

Exellent place to stay but now they have a lot off youngster’s coming who the hotel can control late at nights as they are ranting and raving into the early hours off the morning and you can’t get to sleep till 4am been going to the same hotel for last 7 years but I think it’s time to change as hotel staff did nothing about the youngsters

Le café n’est pas top, le dimanche matin la salle de petit dej hyper bruyante, il n’y avait plus de beurre et pas de recharge , un employé bienveillant m’en a donné merci à lui. La piscine du spa froide. Dans l’ensemble le personnel était agréable .
