"Easy to get a sunbed as they had a non.reserving rule. Plenty of european guests who.were rude. Food bland and repetative. All.inclusive only available at 2 mini.bars. made u feel like a leper although you had paid alot of money. Plastic cups exchanged for tickets. Entertainment rubbish"

"Hi I booked this hotel even after reading the reviews but I still booked it and its truly worse than the reviews, the beds are uncomfortable and the pool is the size of a paddling pool and the staff cannot understand English. The hotel is also on top of a very very steep hill which you will need to walk up about 6 flight of stairs before you can enter you also have to clean the room yourself (sweep+mop) before you can get your deposit back.
