- Pets are welcome – please include them when making your booking
- No parties or loud events
- Quiet hours start at 10:00 pm
- Smoking is not permitted inside the house; a €500 special cleaning fee applies in case of violation
- Security deposit: €600; refunded within 48 hours after departure
- The legally required tourist tax is charged according to the regulations applicable at the time of your stay
